WORKING TOGETHER TO TACKLE INVASIVE SPECIES ISSUES IN A

Changing Southeast

We work to facilitate effective invasive species management under changing conditions in the ecologically rich Southeastern United States.

Our Mission

The Southeast Regional Invasive Species & Climate Change (RISCC) Management Network aims to reduce the joint effects of climate change and invasive species by synthesizing relevant science, sharing the needs and knowledge of managers, building stronger scientists-manager communities, and conducting priority research.

Our network spans nine states, two territories, and includes 5 boundary partner states. Our members are comprised of invasion scientists, climate scientists, natural resource managers and practitioners, policymakers, and numerous other public stakeholders.
